Sleep
Medical practitioners, no matter what field they’re in, often suffer from lack of sleep and this result into stress. If you want to get rid of stress, you need to sleep more. It’s really as simple as that. Sleeping on a bed would always be nice but not necessary. Just find someplace comfortable and then grab any opportunity you can get to catch a few winks. You can’t imagine what a huge difference a mere few minutes of sleep can do to your energy and stamina!

Reading a book is relaxing for practically everyone as long as you’ve chosen the right reading materials. Of course, work-related texts are expressly forbidden as they’re liable to make your mind dwell longer on job-related matters, which would defeat the purpose of reading in the first place. As you turn the pages, give your imagination freedom to explore the world within the book. Let it beguile you into forgetting, even just for a while, your troubles in real life. Sports
It doesn’t have to be a group or pair-based sport. It can be something solitary like golf or running. What matters is that you’re releasing any strong emotions inside you as you expend physical effort without hurting anyone physically or emotionally.
For sports to be a more effective stress buster, you need to give it your all every time you play. Use your force, your power, and everything else you have whenever you hit the ball or strike something. With that, you’d almost feel like you’re throwing out all your anger, frustration, and all other bad feelings and emerge a completely new person with newly unburdened shoulders.

Do something you love
It has to be something that you truly feel passionate about. It could be something as simple as watching a movie or eating. It can also be something materially based, such as adding to your doll collection. Do whatever it is that would make you happy and remind you about the beauty of life, no matter what troubles you’re currently facing.
