<p>A total of 150 participants from 16 countries around the world were asked to choose among the three factors that they were most stressed; money, family or health. And it turns out that the first factor which ranks <a href="http://mental-health-disorder.com/stress-symptoms.html">the top cause of stress</a> is money.</p>
<p>Participants who represent most of the citizens of the world agree, money is first reason to be the source of stress. They were admitted, that if it was <span id="more-190"></span>compared to family or health problems, money is much greater cause of stress. Poll results showed that participants more worry and stress when having financial problems.</p>
<p>Poll results are quoted from Glamour, Sunday (01/11/2009) mentioned that several countries feel stress because of money and some others are not. According to the poll, the countries that feel stresses because of money are Malaysia (58%), followed by China and Singapore (55%) while in third place is America (48%).</p>
<p>Meanwhile, countries that slightly worry and stress are not constrained by money are Russia (15%), France (18%) and Italy (19%). All three countries have been more stressful when families and health problems arise rather than about money.</p>
<p>The money turned out to be a highly feared everyone. Money indeed can not escape from life. There is even a saying; “money is not everything but with money everything will be easier”. Money affects almost all factors of life, including <a href="http://mental-health-disorder.com/watch-your-mental-health.html">physical health, mental and family problems. </a></p>
<p>&#8220;If you&#8217;re sick, you’ll need money for doctor visits. To eat nutritious and tasty food too takes money. And for a walk with family, money should also be there. So all things are related to money,&#8221; said Kathleen Fifield, a participant who follows the polls.</p>
<p>Although the results of a poll say that money is the first cause of stress, but it does not mean can not be overcome. Thankful with everything we are having and continue to try to live with diligence and patience is the key to overcoming all kinds of stress.</p>
