<p>So far, we have understood the importance of maintaining physical health. But maintaining mental health is equally important as physical health. In fact, poor mental health will lead to poor physical health as well.</p>

<li>Recognize the symptoms of disturbed mental health: Having good mental health means being able to handle the pressure of everyday life. If you feel unable to cope, or even cope with alcohol and drugs (drugs), you may have a problem that requires help from others.</li>
<li>Getting help: If you are physically ill, then you would consult your doctor. So it is with your mental health. Do not feel embarrassed or hesitant to seek solution to your mental health problems in the expert (counselor, clinical psychologist, psychiatrist).</li>

<p><strong>The fact of life</strong></p>
<p>Having a mental health problem is like with physical health problems. It is important to recognize the symptoms, find ways to overcome them, and take steps to protect themselves from recurring problems with your mental health care.</p>
